Lock and key is included. These machines are in decent condition. They have the normal wear/tear that you would expect from a professional grade machine that has been earning money in the field for the past several years. Scratches, minor surface rust, or minor paint peeling is normal and if you desire to fix it up, it is easy to do. The panels just slide out and they can be spray painted with a $1 can of spray paint in a matter of seconds. The silver trim can be quickly touched up with spray paint or a small brush to do touch ups.
