Description: VERY NICE 1958 TOPPS BASEBALL NEAR COMPLETE SET 471/494 IN LOW-MID GRADE CONDITION. TONS OF LISTED STARS, MINOR STARS, HOFERS, TEAMS, CHECKLISTS, ALL STARS ETC. VERY HIGH BREAK-UP VALUE. GOOD EYE APPEAL AND GETTING HARDER AND HARDER TO FIND. Overall in VG+/VGEX condition in MY OPINION (yours MAY vary), perhaps a weak VGEX Variation in grade from mostly G to EX+. It's all over the place with a good amount of nicer, crisper cards and a lot of lower grade cards mixed in I would estimate approx. 40-45% VG, 20-25% VGEX, 10-15% EX to EX+ (occasional EXMT) ,15-20% G and 5-10% low grade (a good amount of these have heavy print spots/discoloration and/or moderate to heavy paper loss). Major stars grade as follows: Mays appears VG+ (off center, corner wear, hairline wrinkle, very faint marks by his mount) Drysdale low grade (paper loss, staining) Maris RC appears VGEX/VGEX+ (corner wear, writing by bottom edge) Kaline G+/VG- (corner rounding, print dots, corner crease by upper right) Dodgers Team G/VG (appears much nicer, miscut, creasing, unmarked) Wynn VG- (corner rounding, off center) Spahn appears EXMT (crisp card, discoloration spots, minor paper loss by lower left, two faint creases) F. Robinson G- (corner rounding, creasing) Killebrew low grade (paper loss) Banks low grade (filler) Sluggers Williams/Kluszewski #321 G- (corner wear, heavy crease through the middle) Cepeda RC appears VG+ (minor paper loss front and back, print defects, hairline wrinkle) Fence Busters #351 appears VGEX+ (miscut, corner wear) Colavito appears VG+ (tiny paper loss front and back, corner wear) Berra G+ (corner wear, creasing) Reese appears VG- (tape stain by top edge, corner wear, two creases by right corners) Fence busters #436 G- (corner wear, creasing) Mathews G+ (corner rounding, off center, surface creases) Musial AS VGEX/VGEX+ (appears nicer, minor corner wear, surface crease on back) Banks AS EX/EX+ (corner wear) Mays AS VGEX+/EX (miscut, corner wear with minor wrinkling by top left and bottom left, appears much nicer) Aaron AS F/G (corner wear, tiny paper loss by top right corner, crease) LOOK AT PICS PLEASE.
