Description: The Bahrain 5 Dinar banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Bahrain in 2006. Its obverse side bears the Shaikh Isa House which is situated in Muharraq. It also displays the Riffa Al Sharqi fortress in Hunainiya valley. The banknote’s reverse side depicts the Aluminium Bahrain smelter building as well as Bahrains first oil well built near Jebel Dukhan mountain. The banknote which is 154 x 74 mm in size bears a hologram and a windowed color-shifting StarChrome security thread with a demetallized CBB. Furthermore, it has a watermark that consists of a portrait of King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa with an electrotype FIVE and the denomination printed in Arabic. It also has the signature of Sheikh Khalifa bin Sulman al-Khalifa. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
