It is given to the local stagehands in each city/venue that they play as a thank you for helping to work their show. There aren't many of these shirts made over the course of a bands tour. The number depends on the amount of people it takes to put on the bands show, even so it's usually less than 100 per show compared to the hundreds or thousands of regular concert tour shirts fans buy at each show. This shirt is brand new and has never been worn. The logo in the picture is on the front left breast of the t-shirt and there is a different but similar bigger logo on the back of the shirt.
