They were true to the original sets. This auction is for a brand new 40th Anniversary boxed GI Joe 12" Action Soldier. The figure is a red haired, painted head with traditional (nose picker) hard hands. The figure is in great shape and comes complete with all inserts and paperwork.In addition to the figure, I have included 4 accessory sets that, when put together, prepare GI Joe for any, and all adventures in extremely cold weather conditions. These sets include:1.) A Palitoy Action Man 1:6 scale Polar Fleece Parka. This was a reissue that was based on the always popular, vintage Hasbro Deep Freeze Set from the 60s.2.) A Hasbro GI Joe 40th Anniversary 1:6 scale Mountain Troops Equipment Set. This reissued set was based on accessories originally issued by Hasbro as part of their original Mountain Troop Equipment Set from the 60s.3.) A Hasbro GI Joe 40th Anniversary 1:6 scale Action Sailor Navy Basics Set. I included this reissued accessory card as a salute to Hasbro's original Deep Freeze Equipment Set, which Hasbro originally issued as part of their Action Sailor line of accessories in the 60s.4.) A Hasbro GI Joe 40th Anniversary 1:6 scale Action Sailor Dress Parade Set. I included this reissued accessory card to enhance GI Joe's ability to explore the arctic environment, and be somewhat camouflaged, and also to match his Mountain Troop equipment (see #1.)All items are brand new and have never been played with. Packaging is in very good condition with the exception of the Deep Freeze Parka, which has two tears on the plastic packaging (see last 7 pics). I added a small piece of tape to keep the tear from opening further. Despite this flaw, the parka is in mint condition, and the package still displays beautifully.
