Super clean with no scuffs. The box is in great shape (no fading) with traces of shelf ware scuffs. I tested it just prior to this listing. It works great! BUYER NOTE - BE CAUTIOUS WHEN LOOKING TO ACQUIRE LIONEL ACCESSORIES FROM THIS ERA. "MINT IN THE BOX", "NIB", ETC. DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCESSORY WORKS. LIONEL USED AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF GREASE ON THE INTERNAL GEARS. THE GREASE VERY OFTEN HARDENS OVER TIME (20+ YEARS) FROM LITTLE TO NO USE. THIS PREVENTS THE LOW CAPACITY CAN MOTOR FROM TURNING. YOU WOULD THEN HAVE TO TAKE THE ACCESSORY APART AND CLEAN OFF THE GREASE. Included is the on/off switch / wires / photocopy of the operators manual.
