This is 1984 Limited Edition Buckle #63 of 500, a heavier, gold tone metal buckle with darkened accents, showing artwork by Joseph W. Pestotnik. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-1/2", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 5.3 oz.
