Description: This listing is for a custom Kelly Works (True Temper) Flint Edge Dayton pattern axe on White Oak. This axe was restored and built in San Francisco, California at Stunner Blades Customs. This Kelly Flint Edge was cleaned and patina polished with natural pitting. The bit was reground, polished and is extremely sharp. The helve was carved from White Oak and hand fit to the head. Same stock Oak swells were added and pinned with Black Walnut. The head was seated and wedged with a premium wedge from a noted craftsman, consisting of Black Walnut and green G10 composite. Total length of this axe is 29” with a weight of 4 lbs 3 oz. The reproduction Kelly Quality label will be included with this axe.
