Description: This baseball was owned by my father-in-law Patrick J. Crowley, and it was signed by Larry Lucchino, the President and CEO of the Boston Red Sox in June of 2007 when Boston played an exhibition series against the San Diego Padres in San Diego, where my father-in-law was a resident. Being a life-long Boston Red Sox Fan, Patrick was very persistent in seeking out Mr. Lucchino after one of the games of the San Diego series in order to get this ball signed. Later that year, the BoSox went on to win the World Series, beating the Colorado Rockies 4 games to 0. Included with this autographed ball are its plastic display case of 16 years and a signed Letter of Provenance. The inscription on the ball reads "To Patrick Go Red Sox Larry Lucchino."
