Description: We are placing this piece as one of our top favorite finds to date. A magnificent piece of mosaic wall art with tile integration into plaster. Each palm tree is individually formed, glazed, and fired in the kiln. The border pieces are also the same, with four squares for each of the four corners and long pieces of tile as a border. They are in a deep olive green. The palm trees are in a mix of colors of olive green, brown, and faint umber/pink. The mosaic depicts a desert, in shades of reddish-orange. It is incised on the back with "REX" and what seems like "21"? A wire covered with plastic is integrated into the plastic as a hanging mechanism.
