Description: Nasar Daytona Int’l Speedway 1/24th Scale “Club Car” 2013. This new never been opened, except to photograph, Daytona Int’l Speedway “Club Car” commemorating the July 6th and 55th running of the summer NASCAR classic 400 mile event for the Cup Series. These cars are very limited in production, commissioned by the speedway to be produced almost exclusively to VIP guest and offered as gifts to event attendee(s) to VIP Hospitality locations at DIS during major events. This particular car is from the Daytona 500 Club where annually about 1000 cars are commissioned by the speedway now to Lionel for production and distribution to the Daytona 500 Club and it’s guests annually. Such VIP Hospitality locations such as Harley J’s, The Rolex Lounge and most importantly The Daytona 500 Club including Presidents Row where approximately 100 guests whom after major events on the rooftop of the Daytona 500 Club will actually participate in the victory lane celebrations after every major racing event. Jimmie Johnson was the eventual winner of the event. This particular offering is one of about seven in total that I acquired during my employment at Daytona International Speedway over a period of about 10 years.
