Description: Offered in this listing is a healthy, disease-free Cymbidium Orchid.You can see the gorgeous, long-lasting flowers that develop from this variety and the actual plant you will receive in our Photo Gallery. The first photos are of the actual plant you will receive - the final 4 photos are of typical spikes and flowers of this orchid variety taken from our collection in 2023. Our offered orchid was last divided in 2020, and is in a 2 Gallon sized pot with small sized bark as the media. As you can see, it has been growing nicely under a cypress tree since then. It is ready to be divided and has more than 20 healthy bulbs, with new sprouts and two flower spikes (we can't be certain the spikes will arrive intact - but we will pack them carefully. The tender mercies of USPS are unpredictable). We guess the resulting division should produce at least three 1 Gallon sized groups - but of course that final configuration choice will be up to you. This Cymbidium is the cool climate variety, and has been growing outdoors in the Coastal Region of Northern California. While we don't have the registered name of this Cymbidium sub-variety, we can tell you that it was first acquired in the early 1970's.
