Levers sold individually. Instructions for Maintaining Saliva Ejector On/Off Lever: Disassemble the lever from the saliva ejector valve. If lever is difficult to remove, then use any kind of tool to pop off lever.Put parts in autoclave if they need a more thorough cleaning. Parts cannot be cleaned by sonic methods.Lubricate cleaned or new on/off lever with silicone lubricant.Finally, reinstall the lever back onto the saliva ejector valve.TECH TIP: Vacuum valves should taken apart completely and lubricated on a weekly basis.
