It eliminates frame flex at the steering box mounting point, resulting in a more positive steering feel. It features a greaseable, high quality bearing for reliable operation and comes complete with all necessary high strength mounting hardware and installation instructions. It's an easy 100% bolt in installation using basic hand tools. It's available powder coated in your choice of bright red or gloss black for a brilliant and durable finish. Build Specifications & Features: Constructed of 2.00" x 2.00" x .125" wall square tubing. CNC laser cut and formed 1/4" steel mounting brackets for extreme strength and precise fitment. Precision MIG welded for long lasting durability. High quality greaseable block bearing with grease fitting for easy lubrication. CNC machined 4140 chrome moly sector shaft bolt with a silver zinc plated finish. Includes all required mounting hardware (high strength). Powder coated in your choice of bright red or gloss black for a brilliant and durable finish. Fitment Notes: This steering box stabilizer brace will only fit on trucks that have a factory steering box installed. It will not fit a Borgeson 800121 or 800123 steering box. If you have a 2003-2008 truck with a 2009-2013 steering box installed then you need to order our Part# D09-SB steering brace. The 2003-2008 and 2009-2013 steering braces are the same, only the sector shaft bolt for the steering box connection is different.
