The reel is mechanically solid - Functions and works great and like it just came out of the box! Does not have the appearance of every being fished or used by looking reel foot. Very nice ~60 year old reel!! The reel overall in very fantastic shape. There are some scuffs and scratches from being moved through the years. The leather on the case has some cracks, but it's old!
