Description: Vintage original key saw by H. DISSTON & SONS PHILID'A. circa 1878 to 1888. The blade is embossed with HENRY DISSTON & SONS PHILID'A and had patent dates below that but are not legible. The saw measures 16" in length. It has only been cleaned. There is a chip in the handle at the front fastener and the blade is slightly bent towards the tip. The line in the upper part of the handle is original wood lines and has not been broken and glued. See the pictures.
