It is made from OD Green cotton webbing. It has all brass fittings to include rivets, buckle, and keepers. It is adjustable to a 39" waist! Shipping is free in the USA. International shipping will be more. The picture is a stock photo. You will receive one in similar condition to the one pictured. Please note that the brass fitting will have some verdigris (green oxidization) which can be removed with ammonia and water. A musty smell is normal for surplus items and will go away if the belt is washed with soapy water and dried. Please Email me with any questions.
