Description: This is a vintage mid century modern era chalkware squirrel wall hanging. It is not marked by the maker but it is very similar to Bosson style. It is heavy. The squirrel is sitting among some fall colored leaves and picking some acorns for his winter stash. There is a yellow butterfly on one of the leaves. It is in great condition with minimal wear. Minimal paint loss. Hanger is present. No chips or cracks. The most visible wear are several fleabites to the edge of the top leaves (as shown in last photo). These can easily be concealed if you so desire. The size is 6 1/4 inches tall and 6 inches across at its widest point. It sticks out 2 inches from the wall once hung in place.
