The same ruffle is seen on the back of the jacket. Four Unusual square plastic buttons . Fully lined. Lightly padded shoulders. The skirt has back vent, side zip, and also fully lined. It is a size 38, and measures up to be about a 4 to 6 USA. Please check the measurements to make sure it will fit you . One little loose thread on one arm, please see last picture. Extremely minor.
