Description: This binder is in good, used condition. I cut the tape on the cover card doors instead of peeling it to open them originally. They stay closed extremely securely with the plastic pegs, and the tape is not needed. The binder has few scuffs and scratches, the worst of which are shown in the last four pictures. The rings are well aligned and properly functional. The 15 9-pocket pages are in good shape, but dusty at the top ends from the binder being upright on a bookshelf for years. They are single-sided, and most likely Ultra-Pro brand, though I can't confirm.
